Thank you for ordering from The Catholic Chocolate Company! We are dedicated to ensuring your heavenly chocolate arrives in perfect condition, maintaining its quality and integrity during transit.

Shipping Carrier & Materials

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Secure Packaging: To maintain product integrity, especially during transit, we pack every order with care. All shipments utilize insulated bubble wrap and paper filling inside a secure box.

  • Temperature Control: We include reusable ice packs in every package to help maintain a cool temperature and prevent melting until the package is delivered.

Important Delivery and Product Integrity Guidelines

Due to the perishable nature of our premium chocolate, prompt receipt and storage are crucial.

  • Prompt Retrieval Required: We ask that you promptly retrieve your package immediately upon delivery. Please track your order using the provided USPS tracking number and ensure someone is available to receive it.

  • Storage Requirements: Once delivered, do not leave your package in any area that is not dry and cool. Failure to promptly retrieve and store the chocolate in a suitable environment may compromise the product's quality.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

  • Finality of Shipment: Please note that once your order has been prepared and shipping has occurred, order cancellations and refunds are not possible. Once the package is with USPS, the sale is considered final.
